Jen Daniels, RYT-500, is delighted to share her love of being upside down and on her hands with you. Many people feel like inverting is scary or too hard for them. This workshop is designed to help you feel comfortable having weight in your hands and learning to use the strength of your core to hold you in places you may never have imagined. We will address transitioning safely in and out of various poses. If you already have an inversion/arm balance practice, we will look to fine tune, find stability and play with some transitions. There is something for everyone here.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing

Jen Daniels, RYT 500 & Doug Yaeger, Certified Sound Healer/Professional Musician invite you to relax with the healing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and chimes while supported in gentle restorative postures. Props will be used to create comfortable, supportive shapes to increase relaxation. Journey to the stress free zone as you unwind, turn inward, relax and release tension.
Beginners welcome, no previous yoga experience required.
This practice is suited for anyone. Payment of $30plus tax is required to reserve your space.
