SUP Yoga!


Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga is a beautiful combination of focus, balance, and breath. Being on the water requires an exploration in trust, strength, and grace. This is a wonderful way to connect with your body and to connect to nature. This is an all levels class allowing for gentle progression with practice.

Students must provide their own paddleboards.

Makeup dates for series packages will be determined as needed.

Class size limited to 10 participants.  
Preregistration required.
Directions will be emailed once you have registered for class.

Single class: $25 + CT sales tax;  
Single series: $90 + CT sales tax

Sunrise Series  :  Mondays 7:00 am - 8:00 am
Series I:  June 5, 12, 19 & 26
Series II:  July 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31
Series III: Sept 11, 18, 25 & Oct 2

Sunset Series:  Wednesdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Series I:  June 7, 14, 21 & 28
Series II: July 5, 12, 29, & 26
